You have decided to loose some kilos of your weight and decided to go on a diet program. Awesome, but unfortunately most of us do not know what to eat and what not to. Here are few diet tips which can help you in your goal:

Eat seasoned food: Always opt for seasoned fruits and vegetable. They won’t only provide you proper nutrition required for your body, but would also taste great. Moreover, you won’t carve for those readymade food packets.

Store healthy convenient food: Empty your kitchen racks with unhealthy ready to eat snacks like chips, cookies etc. Fill your rack with ready to eat healthy food like fruits, half boiled pulses etc.

Reduce Alcohol: Alcohol is full of empty calories. Reduce its intake as much as possible. Also limit the intake of coffee. Instead take green tea which is also a good anti oxidant.

Diet alone can’t help you in loosing those inches. You will also need to exercise on regular basis. With a fine balance of above mentioned diet tips and exercise, you will soon loose weight.
